We’re an international team based in Madrid who have relocated here ourselves. We know the questions you have because we’ve had them too. And we know how valuable honest insight and trusted recommendations can be when you’re making big life decisions.
The Madrid Insider Session
Our Madrid Insider Sessions are designed to give you clarity, confidence and practical direction before, during or even after your move.
We’re not a relocation agency. We provide practical, real-world guidance based on firsthand experience living here and understanding how things truly work.
During your session you can:

- Get honest insight on areas, schools, lifestyle and day-to-day realities
- Tap into our trusted network of contacts and recommendations
- Sense-check plans before making expensive or stressful decisions
- Understand what settling in really looks like beyond the brochures
- You’ll leave our sessions with clearer next steps, useful contacts and hopefully far less uncertainty.
How is this valuable?
Because sometimes what you need most isn’t another service provider. It’s perspective, reassurance and access to people who’ve already done it.
We help you cut through the noise, avoid common mistakes and settle into Madrid feeling prepared rather than overwhelmed.
How does it work?
Simple! Book in a Session with us. We charge €189 per one hour Session. Or you can book a package of 3 for €140 per Session.
Our Sessions are booked through Calendly and we take pre-payment in full through Stripe.
We’ll send you a (non-compulsory) questionnaire prior to our call, just to give us a head start. Then based on our discussion, send you a follow up with 3 contacts and/or recommendations to help with your transition.
We then offer clients a discounted rate to join our Directory.
